Returns
We only accept returns for items damaged during shipping.
To report damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@thehighfresh.com with:
- Your order number, and
- Clear photos showing the damage.
All returned items must be in their original packaging.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if:
- The item is defective,
- Damaged, or
- You received the wrong item.
We will review the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please contact us before initiating a return if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
